Needs to charge on charging pad without case or charge in specific position (see picture). Makes noise while charging. Comes with Apple Pencil (1st gen), has minor scratches but works perfectly, includes extra tip and adapter to charge. Also comes with clear case. Sold as-is for parts or repair.
